Generally, the lead time will take up to 7 working days as all pieces are handmade-to-order. Please allow another 2-3 working days for shipping.If you need your jewellery by a specific date, indicate the date in the comments section when placing your order. We will try our best to meet your request.

Yes, you get lifetime warranty for any jewellery piece from EuniqYou! Unlike any other jewelry brand, we are so confident in the quality of our craftmanship that we offer a complimentary lifetime warranty.

We promise to take care of your jewellery should there be any hardware defects or breakage. Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear or lost pieces. Repairs are examined on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to shop@euniqyou.com for us to see how we can best help you.

Is your jewellery plated with real gold? 2020-07-06T14:15:09+08:00

Yes, we only work with thick 16K (real) GOLD plating to ensure our customer’s satisfaction and to maintain EuniqYou’s high jewellery standards. Our pieces are usually plated with 2-3 mils (~76 micron) with secondary coating on the chains to increase durability and does not tarnish easily. Most of our pieces are nickel & lead-free.

  • Always store your jewellery away from direct sunlight, moisture or heat
  • Remove your jewellery when applying perfumes, lotions or other cosmetic products that contain chemicals
  • Store your jewellery separately in a ziplock or the given EuniqYou bag to prolong its shininess
  • For light cleaning, gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching

All payments on this site are made either through Paypal, PayNow or bank transfer.

Even if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can pay for your items using your credit card. Please note that all Paypal or credit card transactions and collection of credit card information is processed entirely by Paypal and we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.

For direct bank transfers, please kindly let us know when you have made payment by emailing us so that we can check and process your order.

As every individual item are uniquely handcrafted, it cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.

Yes, you can! Thank you for trusting us with that, we will include your gift note in our best handwriting 😉 Simply include your message in the Remarks box during check out.

Our ring sizes are all in US sizes. You may refer to the image below or use a piece of string to go around the finger you intend to wear it on and choose the corresponding size. Size up if you are in between sizes.
